4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free Trial: We offer a 15-day free trial for new businesses to evaluate the system.
• Paid Plans: After the trial, you must choose a subscription plan to continue using the service.
• No Refunds: As stated in our Refund Policy, all payments are non-refundable once a paid subscription is activated.

5. Data Privacy and Security

Your business data is important. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes, to transmit malware, or to interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by following the cancellation process in your settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

AntechPOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
